Size to your current postpartum size rather than your pre-pregnancy size, as the fit relies on the compression sitting correctly against the body. If you are between sizes, go up. The compression should feel firm and supportive without digging in or restricting your breathing.

The waistband is high, sitting at the natural waist well above the bikini line. An anti-slip silicone strip on the inside keeps it in place through a full day without rolling or folding down.

The fabric is a seamless nylon knit, thin and smooth against the skin with a firm compression weight. It holds its shape through a full day of wear and recovers quickly after washing without sagging or losing tension. The construction is seamless throughout so there are no visible lines under fitted clothing.

Composition: 90% polyamide, 10% elastane.
Care: Hand wash cold or machine wash on a gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry. Lay flat to dry. Wash dark colours separately on first wash.
