Shipping & Tracking

Alma Nueva ships orders using trusted carriers. A flat shipping fee of £5.95 / €5.95 applies to all orders. Orders over £90 / €90 qualify for free shipping. Once an order ships, tracking information is provided and serves as confirmation that the order is in transit.

International Shipping

We ship to the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, and the rest of Europe. International delivery times depend on destination and customs processing. Customs delays, inspections, duties, or taxes imposed by local authorities are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. These do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.

Missing, Damaged, or Not Received

Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 14 days of delivery and require supporting documentation, including photos and order details. Packaging damage alone does not qualify for a replacement or refund if the item is intact. If tracking shows an order as "Delivered," responsibility transfers to the recipient. Customers must file a claim with the carrier and provide proof of loss. Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery are not eligible.

Failed Delivery or Returned Parcel

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, absence, or an uncollected parcel, the order may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. Tracking confirmation constitutes proof of shipment. By placing an order with Alma Nueva, customers acknowledge and accept all shipping terms outlined in this policy.
